Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

“CFO Mentor” represents Brandon Leigh acting as a sole trader providing “Services” as defined below
“Client” represents the employing company of the finance leader receiving the “Services”

2. Services

“Services” represents mentoring and coaching services provided to the finance leader which have been contractually procured by the “Client”

3. Remuneration

“Remuneration” represents amounts agreed to be paid for “Services” provided by “CFO Mentor” to the “Client”
“CFO Mentor” will quote in writing (either by email or by post) for “Services” to be provided to the “Client”
The “Client” will agree in writing (either by email or by post) to procure those “Services” at the rate specified in the quote (or as modified as agreed by both parties)
“CFO Mentor” will deliver those services and submit an invoice to the “Client”
The invoice will be for the complete programme and submitted on the date of the first mentoring session
The “Client” will settle the invoice based on the payment terms stated on the invoice (usually 30 days from date of invoice)
CFO Mentor is currently not registered for VAT

4. Cancellation

Should the “Client” wish to cancel the programme part way through, “CFO Mentor” may (but is not obliged to) refund amounts for mentoring sessions that have not yet taken place
